LIGHT SOUP RECIPE

Contents
  • 1 kg pumpkin (250cal)
  • Half a kg of potatoes (500cal)
  • 5 carrots (210cal)
  • 50 g fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of chili peppers
  • 1 full teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Roughly chop 1 kg of zucchini, half kg of potatoes and 5 carrots and add to a large saucepan. Add 50 g of fresh ginger to the saucepan. Then add one teaspoon of salt, pepper, and black pepper.   Add enough water to pass over a finger and cover the lid and leave to cook for 20 minutes.  After 20 minutes, open the lid and pull the soup until smooth with the hand blender.

HEALTHY RECIPE: AVOCADO, TUNA SALAD

  • 2 cans, 300 g, tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • Half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Add 1 avocado to 2 cans of tuna.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on it.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of salt and pepper.
  • Mix them all.
  • Your avocado with tuna is both light and delicious.

 

HEALTHY RECIPE: DELICIOUS ICED TEA RECIPE

 

1 cup of tea
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch balm
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of water
1 lemon shells
½ lemon juice
Ice

Separate 1 cup of brewed tea in the morning for this delicious ice tea. If you like fresh brew, we recommend; Add 2.5 tablespoons black tea, 1 pinch lemon balm. This way the taste is very light but you will get a tea that is so delicious.

Sprinkle the coriander over the potatoes you have taken out of the oven.

  • 500 grams of spinach

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed
  • 100 grams of shelled rice
  • 1/2 piece lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt-pepper
