What is stomach ache ? There are many causes of Stomach Ache that occurs as abdominal contraction and cramping. The first of these causes is the dietary habit. Home Remedies for Stomach Ache

There are many methods that you can apply quickly at home for stomach pain.
Drinking plenty of water:  The body needs water to digest food and beverages. Dehydration makes digestion more difficult. This can cause stomach upset.
Chamomile tea: Chamomile tea can help alleviate stomach ache due to its anti-inflammatory feature. These anti-inflammatory features can help relax your stomach muscles and reduce cramping and spasm pain.
Ginger: Ginger is a widely used natural solution for stomach problems and indigestion.  Ginger, which contains some chemicals that accelerate stomach contractions, helps accelerate digestion when consumed.
Mint: It can help prevent vomiting and diarrhea, reduce muscle spasms in the intestines and relieve pain.
Taking a hot bath: Heat relaxes tense muscles and facilitates indigestion. Therefore, taking a warm bath can alleviate stomach discomfort. Applying a hot water bag to the stomach may also be useful.
Avoiding alcohol and smoking: Smoking can irritate the throat and increase heartburn.  Alcohol is difficult to digest and can damage the stomach lining.
Cloves: Clove contains substances that can help reduce gas in the stomach and increase gastric secretions. Thus, pressure and cramping decreases, while digestion can be accelerated. Cloves can also help reduce nausea and vomiting.
Licorice: Licorice contains substances that can help reduce stomach inflammation as well as inflammation related to peptic ulcers. To relieve your stomach pain, you can drink licorice tea several times a day until your symptoms heal.
