Ketogenic Diet Recipes: Lasagna and Eggs In Avocado

Ingredients For Pasta Layer

  • 3 large eggs
  • 340 grams of grated cauliflower
  • 1 bowl of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt

For Meat Filling

  • Half a tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Half a kilogram turkey minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian spice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • A ¾ bowl of crushed tomatoes

For Cheese Filling

  • 1 bowl of ricotta cheese
  • A ¾ bowl of grated mozzarella
  • The ¼ bowl of parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian spice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley


  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees and cool the greased paper into the oven tray. Break the eggs into a large bowl, add cauliflower, cheese, and salt. Spread the cauliflower mixture on the tray and create a 1.5-2 cm thick layer. Cook for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then increase the oven temperature to 400.
  • In the meantime, add oil on a medium pan over medium-high heat. Then add the turkey minced meat and add the Italian spices, salt, and pepper. Cook the turkey, spread the meat with a wooden spoon and continue until it is not pink for 6-8 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes, cook for 2 more minutes and cook continuously and remove from the stove.
  • Mix the ricotta cheese, half a bowl of mozzarella, parmesan, egg and Italian spices in a medium-sized bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  • Buy a new baking tray and lubricate the bottom. Empty half of the meat into the tray and cut the cauliflower layer into strips and place to fill the bottom layer of the new tray. Add the whole ricotta mixture on top and then add the rest of the cauliflower noodles. Add the remaining meat and noodles. Sprinkle a ¼ bowl of mozzarella on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the color is obtained. Garnish with parsley before serving.  Bon Appetite!
