For this reason, chronic fatigue syndrome, which has increased incidence in recent years, is defined by problems such as feeling extreme exhausted and unhappy and not feeling good even after resting. In time, these symptoms can prevent a person from continuing their life.

Chronic fatigue; although the person is rested enough, it is a psychological problem which has some symptoms such as constant feeling tired, decreasing in work productivity, reluctance and moving away from social life and unhappiness. In some patients, only mild fatigue and low energy are seen, while at advanced levels the person may not even be able to perform their daily activities.

Therefore, people with Chronic fatigue need to receive physiological and psychological treatment.

What Causes Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Although it is a very common condition, the exact cause is not yet known. The incidence in women is much higher than in men. Although the exact cause of disease is unknown, the main cause is stress.

Constant fatigue and drowsiness
Muscle and joint pain

Abdominal pain
Energy loss
Nausea and vomiting

Treatment

There is no definitive cure for chronic fatigue syndrome. The treatment plan is usually determined by taking into account patient and the severity of the problems experienced by the patient. The most effective methods for coping with the syndrome are regular exercise, avoiding stress and improving the ability of patients to solve problems and reducing the busy work tempo. However, patients with severe syndrome need drug use and psychological treatment.
